Professional electric rope winch from German manufacturer MSW. This warehouse hoist features a durable construction, excellent performance, ease of installation and operation, and safe use. The device is made of durable, powder-coated steel. The motor housing is made of die-cast aluminum.
The winch’s modern motor is equipped with a magnetic mechanism featuring a stop function that allows for immediate braking of the winch, ensuring safety as well as precise and reliable operation. The winch can be mounted on a swing arm or on the supporting structure of a hall or warehouse. Two steel clamps, included with the unit, are used to secure the device.
The rope drum is made of steel and equipped with guides for precise rope winding. An end brake is mounted on the rope drum, which protects the device and the rope from excessive winding. Another safety feature of the overhead crane is a mechanism that protects the drum from excessive overload and locks the rope in the event of a power outage.
The rope installed in the device is made of durable stainless steel and manufactured in a way that prevents it from twisting during operation. The device housing includes a mounting point for the rope when using a block to double the lifting capacity. The control box—an integrated wired remote control—is equipped with a winch control button and a safety switch. All controls can be operated with one hand. The control cable is additionally secured with a break-proof cord and is 135 cm long.
The cable hoist mounted on a swing arm is ideal for warehouses, production halls, hangars, loading ramps, auto repair shops, and anywhere else where proven and safe equipment designed for the heaviest tasks is required.
