The MSW electric hoist was designed for commercial use and is particularly suitable for large warehouses or enclosed spaces. The rope hoist is equipped with a strong 12-meter steel rope capable of lifting up to 250 kg. When used with a pulley block, the lifting capacity doubles to 500 kg. This means that various heavy objects can be transported from one place to another without any problems. When using a pulley block, the lifting height is reduced by half to 6 m, and the lifting speed decreases from 8 to 4 m/min. The lowering speed is 8 m/min, and with a pulley block, it decreases to 4 m/min. The load remains secured to the 4.2 mm thick rope at all times via a hook. The sturdy Ck45 steel cable will not twist and will withstand many years of intensive use. The overload protection ensures that the winch will operate reliably and efficiently for a long time, and the 900 W motorwill not overheat. The included trolley also allows for transport along a curved track, provided the curve radius is at least 1 m. The hoisting speed is 16 m/min. The electromagnetic braking system ensures quiet operation and will hold the load without the slightest problem. The hook rotates 360 degrees, facilitating access to the load from all sides. The hoist can be operated using two intuitive remote controls with 1.45 m cables. A strain relief mechanism is also included, allowing for safe operation at all times. It protects the remote control cables, extending the device’s already long service life. The PROCAT 500 winch can be mounted on a steel beam with a width of 68–94 mm and a height of at least 110 mm. These can be wide-flange beams, T-beams, or I-beams.
