The MSW grooving machine allows for easy and precise processing of sheet metal up to 1.2 mm thick. To do this, equip the upper roller holder with one of three forms and the lower one with the appropriate die. Use the crank to pull the sheet metal in. For typical applications, the scope of delivery includes three pairs of flange rollers (1.5 mm, 3 mm, 6 mm) and three pairs of ball rollers (4 mm, 6 mm, 7.5 mm). The grooving machine operates mechanically via a crank. Cranking it drives two holders with a feed width of 460 mm. The rotational motion pulls the sheets into the manual grooving machine and simultaneously deforms them as desired. Thanks to its long length, only minimal muscle force is required. The machine processes a large number of sheets without causing fatigue. The grooving machine is made of chrome-plated steel. The material is highly rust-resistant and exceptionally durable. It is ideal for metalworking conditions and use in workshops and on construction sites. For ease of use, the sheet metal notcher can be easily mounted on any workbench thanks to the appropriate cutouts.
