The time and operating temperature are set intuitively via a touch panel with a digital LCD display. Once a vacuum is achieved, the bag opening, which is up to 40 cm wide, is securely sealed with a double weld. The machine’s housing is made of stainless steel, ensuring the device meets the highest hygiene standards. The 440 x 420 x 100 mm chamber has no sharp edges or hard-to-reach corners, making cleaning and maintenance quick and easy.
