The bike is easy to adjust to your height. The handlebar height is adjustable (from 106 to 117 cm in 9 levels), seat height (from 83 to 100 cm in 10 levels) and saddle height (from 40 to 58 cm). The comfortable seat allows for long workouts. Balanced pedals with foot straps and a 13 kg flywheel ensure smooth, enjoyable wheel rotation. The home exercise bike also features a belt drive, which is easier to maintain and adjust than a bicycle chain. A large LCD screen displays workout time, speed, distance traveled, and calories burned. The bike also features a smartphone holder or tablet holder.
