The ÓPERA series consists of sturdy, classic, versatile knives suitable for a wide range of uses. The knife was manufactured in Spain. The slightly smoothed surface along the cutting edge, known as the “silk edge,”makes cutting even more precise than with standard knives. Blades made of innovative, martensitic stainless steel NITRUMreg with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. Blades with a rounded spine, forged from a single piece of steel. The POM handles are perfectly balanced and directly connected to the tang with stainless steel rivets. This knife is not dishwasher safe.
