Double-glazed chamber doors and LED lighting facilitate observation of the processes taking place inside the oven. The oven’s gravity-cooled outer glass pane enhances employee safety. The door is hinged on the right side. The convenient opening of the inner door glass makes cleaning easier. The oven’s insulated housing ensures energy savings and greater safety in the kitchen. A drip tray under the door prevents condensed steam from dripping, especially during combination and steam cooking. The oven chamber is made of high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. The pressed baking chamber has rounded corners, which makes cleaning the oven easier. The housing is made entirely of stainless steel. The oven has an IPX4 protection rating.
