What payment methods do you accept?

You can choose from the following payment options:

Credit/debit card payment — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB (both debit and credit cards)
Digital wallet — Apple Pay, Google Pay (if your device and browser support it, it will automatically appear on the checkout page)
Bank transfer — available in all countries
Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt) — available in certain shipping countries

Available payment methods may vary depending on the shipping country. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and uses 3D Secure authentication. A full description of the payment terms is provided in Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions.

What credit cards do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB cards—including both debit and credit cards. The card type is automatically recognized during the payment process.

Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Apple Pay and Google Pay digital wallet services are available through the Stripe payment platform. To use Apple Pay, you need an iPhone, iPad, or Mac and the Safari browser; to use Google Pay, you need an Android device or the Chrome browser. If your device and browser support the service, the payment method will automatically appear on the checkout page—no separate registration or activation is required.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, bank transfer is available in all countries. After placing your order, you will receive all the necessary details for the transfer via email and on the order confirmation page:

Please always include the order number in the transfer reference to ensure smooth processing. Please complete the transfer within 3 business days of placing your order—after this period, the order may be automatically canceled. For bank transfers, we will first send a payment request; the final invoice will be issued once the amount is credited.

Is cash on delivery (payment upon receipt of the package) available?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery is available in certain countries. If this option is available in your country, it will automatically appear among the payment methods on the checkout page. Any additional fees associated with cash on delivery will be displayed when you select the payment method.

Is online credit card payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Credit card payments are processed by Stripe, an internationally recognized payment service provider that holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification—the highest security standard in the payment industry. Your credit card information is never transmitted to our online store's servers in any form: your card number is processed exclusively by Stripe's encrypted system. The transaction is protected by TLS 1.2 or later encryption, and in accordance with the European Union's PSD2 directive, strong customer authentication (3D Secure / SCA) provided by the bank is also activated for eligible transactions.

Can I save my credit card for my next purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As a logged-in user, you have the option to securely save your card details during checkout for future purchases. The saved card is stored exclusively in the Stripe system—the online store only stores the card type (e.g., Visa) and the last four digits. You can manage or delete your saved cards at any time in the My Account menu.

Question 8

When will my bank account be charged for a card payment?

Accepted Answer

Card authorization and charging occur immediately via Stripe when the order is finalized. The transaction may initially appear as "pending" in the card-issuing bank's system and usually becomes a final charge within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation of the successful payment immediately.

What currency will I be paying in?

Accepted Answer

The online store automatically displays prices in your country's currency. Payment is always made in the currency in which the prices are displayed—you do not need to select a currency.

Question 10

Can I use my balance (wallet) to pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have a balance available in your account in the currency of the order, it will automatically be offered on the checkout page. You can use your balance in part or in full—if it does not cover the entire amount, you can pay the remaining balance with a credit card. In the event of a failed payment or order cancellation, the deducted balance will be automatically credited back to your account.

Can I pay with a gift card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can enter the gift card code on the checkout page, and its balance will be deducted directly from the total order amount. You can use multiple gift card codes at once. If the gift card balance does not cover the full amount, you can pay the difference using another payment method (credit card or bank transfer). Some gift cards may be tied to specific product categories—in this case, the deduction applies only to products in that category. You also have the option to add the gift card to your balance on the Redemption page and use it as part of your balance.

How and when will I receive an invoice?

Accepted Answer

For credit card payments, the invoice is issued automatically after payment confirmation. For bank transfers, we first send a payment request; the final invoice is issued upon receipt of the amount. We send the invoice via email, and it is also available at any time under the My Account / My Orders menu.

Question 13

Can I request a business invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. During the ordering process, please provide your company name, registered address, and tax ID number in the billing information section. Businesses registered in other EU member states with a valid EU VAT number may also request reverse charge — in this case, VAT will not be charged on the invoice.

What should I do in case of an unauthorized charge?

Accepted Answer

If you notice an unauthorized charge on your card statement, please contact our customer service first—this usually results in a faster resolution. At the same time or afterward, you are entitled to initiate a chargeback procedure with your card-issuing bank. Your bank can provide detailed information about the exact terms and deadlines for chargebacks.
