Your orders are delivered by the courier partners listed below. The available carriers may vary by destination country, shipping method, and product — the checkout page always displays the delivery options applicable to your specific order.

Orders placed and confirmed with payment before 9:00 (CET) are processed the same day. Orders received after this time are processed on the next business day.

The above times are indicative. The exact shipping calculation is performed by the webshop's shipping engine, which takes numerous factors into account. The final delivery time is displayed during the ordering process, on the checkout page.

The shipping cost depends on the destination country, weight and size of the package. You can see the exact shipping cost on the checkout page when selecting the shipping method — the cost is always transparently displayed before finalising your order.

Shipping costs do not include VAT, as the Seller operates under the small business VAT exemption scheme.

Products exceeding 30 kg or of oversized dimensions may require pallet delivery. If your order contains such items, we will inform you by e-mail about the special shipping conditions and costs before confirming your order. The Contract in such cases is only concluded with your explicit acceptance.

For pallet deliveries, the courier service will arrange a delivery time window with you in advance.

For certain products, we offer the option of personal collection from our warehouse. Personal collection is subject to prior arrangement — please contact us by email or through our contact form to schedule a time.
