The insulation ensures constant and even steam distribution, guaranteeing perfect results every day. Five removable racks, each measuring 30 x 29.5 cm, allow you to prepare large quantities of food in one go. The steamer can hold up to 80 dumplings or dumplings with a diameter of less than 7 cm. The even distribution of hot steam across all levels ensures that every dumpling is perfectly cooked without the need to rearrange the racks.
