It is perfect for keeping large quantities of food warm and displaying them appetizingly. With a capacity of 8.5 L , it can serve many people at once at large events. The easy-to-remove GN 1/1 container with a depth of 65 mm makes it easy to fill the vessel with freshly cooked soup, sauce, chili con carne, or vegetable stew directly from the pot. The warmer is made of durable, scratch-resistant stainless steel and meets the high hygiene standards of the food service industry. It also features a cool-touch handle. The roll-top lid is easy to lift for serving and refilling food. The bain-marie is heated with fuel paste. The fuel containers can be conveniently removed from under the pot and filled with special fuel paste. Each container is equipped with a lid to facilitate extinguishing the flame and is designed to always ensure safety when using the food warmer. The fuel paste in the container is placed under the bottom of the water vessel 570 x 365 x 100 mm. Efficient heating of the container ensures optimal heat distribution, maintaining the high temperature, aroma, and freshness of the served dishes for up to several hours. The water also serves as a buffer to prevent food from burning under the lid. Another advantage is that the hot water continues to retain heat even after the fuel flame is extinguished.
