The 2900 series combines ergonomics, strength, and simplicity to ensure long-lasting and comfortable use. The knife is manufactured in Spain. The blades are made of rolled sheet metal—an innovative, martensitic NITRUMreg stainless steel with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. The handles are made of polypropylene, which is injection-molded directly onto the tang, increasing the durability of the joint. The surface of the handles is textured and highly rough, preventing them from slipping out of the hand (anti-slip). The handles feature a BACTIPROOF SILVER® coating that minimizes bacterial buildup. The knife is designed for filleting various types of meat and fish and features a narrow, long, and flexible blade. It offers enhanced resistance to high temperatures. This knife is not dishwasher safe.
