The Wiesenfield screw conveyor can be used to transport bulk materials such as grain, sawdust, or fertilizer upward. Whether for loading a trailer or feeding raw material to machines, the screw conveyor is ideal for continuously feeding pellet mills. With a capacity of 80–1,000 kg/h, you can precisely adjust the screw conveyor’s speed to the press’s requirements. This allows you to optimize operations, increase productivity, and produce high-quality pellets in a short time. The conveyor height can be adjusted to seven levels ranging from 125 to 175 cm. Simply place the 3-meter-long tube on four wheels and position the conveyor outlet above the pellet mill’s hopper. Sawdust or other materials can be easily loaded into the conveyor’s large inlet. It can be adjusted to be smaller or larger depending on the volume of the product. The raw material reaches the press evenly through a 220 mm diameter transport pipe. Thanks to its 3 mm wall thickness, the pipe is exceptionally durable and suitable for continuous use, even at high throughput.
