The Wiesenfield pellet press can produce up to 400 kg of pellets per hour. It can also produce up to 180 kg of wood pellets from sawdust per hour. The raw material should be smaller than 6 mm. To power the pellet press, you need a tractor or other vehicle with 15 to 28 HP, which connects to the machine via a power take-off (PTO) shaft. With an operating time of up to 24 hours, you can easily produce even large quantities of pellets. The control panel is clear and intuitive. Safety is ensured by an easily accessible emergency stop switch—as well as a protective grille in the large feed hopper. Whether you’re making wood pellets or animal feed, this pellet mill produces pellets that are easy to store. The press is heated to a temperature of 60 to 80°C. Two sturdy rollers press the material through a 230 mm diameter die. This produces tightly compressed, durable pellets with a diameter of 6 mm. A suitable die is required to produce pellets of a different diameter. A practical discharge chute allows the finished product to be filled directly into bags. Note: Dies and pressure rollers for pellet mills can be used for up to 300 hours. If they are worn out, they must be replaced immediately.
