The Wiesenfield 2-in-1 poultry plucker and scalding machine is ideal for use in agriculture, industry, and the agri-food processing sector. It is perfectly suited for various birds ranging in size from chickens to turkeys. The machine’s capacity is 270 kg/h. This means that in one minute, you can pluck 3–4 birds and simultaneously scald 3–5 birds. The plucker is equipped with 151 specially shaped rubber fingers. Feathers can be removed using a water jet. The machine has a drain chute, under which a waste container can be placed. The scalding machine features a removable carcass basket and a drain valve. The housing is made of stainless steel. The machine has 4 casters for easy transport. Steaming parameters vary for different types of poultry: chickens (60–65°C, 70–90 sec), ducks (63–66°C, 160–180 sec), geese (70–72°C, 120–130 s), pheasants (63–67°C, 70–90 s), turkeys (51–54°C, 80–95 s).
