Condensation hood Tecnoeka fits Millennial Touch Screen and Black Mask ovens with a capacity of 5x GN 1/1. It is equipped with a single-phase motor with a single direction of rotation. The maximum airflow ranges from 400 m³/h to 600 m³/h. The housing is made of the highest quality AISI 430 steel. Connection to fresh water is made via a 3/4" fitting with a pressure of 100-200 kPa (1.0-2.0 bar). The unit does not require connection to a fixed duct or ventilation chimney.
