Condensation hood Tecnoeka fits Millennial Touch Screen and Black Mask ovens with capacities of 16x 600x400 mm and 20x GN 1/1. It is equipped with a single-phase motor with a single direction of rotation. The maximum airflow ranges from 400 m³/h to 600 m³/h. The housing is made of the highest quality AISI 430 steel. Connection to fresh water is made via a 3/4" fitting with a pressure of 100–200 kPa (1.0–2.0 bar). The unit does not require connection to a fixed duct or ventilation chimney.
