The Steinberg Systems magnetic lifter is designed for handling loads made of iron and steel, such as sheet metal, construction components, weights, and reinforcing bars. It is ideal for use in the metallurgical, electromechanical, fuel, and energy industries, as well as in shipyards, automotive workshops, scrap yards, construction sites, and for loading and unloading goods.
The high lifting capacity is 600 kg. This lifting capacity is ensured by the use of a powerful dual neodymium magnet. The device has a high breaking load (up to 1800 kg). The magnet is suitable for sheet metal as thin as 5 mm. This makes it more effective than single-magnet equipment. It has a wider range of applications, 30–40% greater holding force, lower residual magnetism, and low weight. The easy-to-use lever is used to activate and lock the device. Once the magnet is placed on the load, simply slide the lever to activate the magnetic field. The universal magnetic lifter can handle any ferromagnetic material. This makes it suitable, for example, for separating iron from other materials in the recycling industry. The equipment requires no power source and can be easily transported from place to place.
