The Steinberg Systems laminar flow hood is suitable for both laboratory and production environments. Smooth stainless steel surfaces and filtered airflow ensure a closed system where there is no room for bacteria or germs. This ensures sterile, contamination-free conditions. The interior, measuring 920 x 690 x 650 mm, offers ample space for working with sensitive materials, cell cultures, or semiconductors. An airflow of 0.2–0.6 m/s prevents outside air from entering, which could negatively affect work. The air is purified by a HEPA filter. In addition, 20 W UV lamps also neutralize bacteria and germs. On the rear wall of the laminar flow cabinet, there are two outlets for powering electrical devices. The light source consists of two 16 W fluorescent tubes. Before starting work, the easy-to-clean stainless steel surfaces can be cleaned in a few simple steps. The table in the laminar flow cabinet ensures a comfortable working height thanks to its stable construction. The entire unit is easily controlled via a control panel with an LED display. With a load capacity of 50 kg, the work surface offers optimal conditions for a single person in a laboratory, pharmaceutical company, or manufacturing facility.
