The Steinberg Systems laboratory incubator ensures the proper temperature for the growth of microorganisms, cell cultures, or seedlings. It is suitable for any laboratory in the pharmaceutical, medical, food analysis, or other research sectors. The incubator provides ideal conditions using PID control, which can be set on the touchscreen control panel and monitored on the LCD display. It offers features such as time and temperature settings, overheat protection, a timer, and automatic shut-off. The temperature controller precisely maintains the set temperature within a range of 5 to 70°C for a set time of 0–9999 minutes. The lowest temperature never drops below room temperature. This is constantly monitored by sensors and automatically corrected in case of deviations. As a result, it maintains the temperature with an accuracy of ± 1.5°C. The RS-485 interface allows connection to a computer. The temperature can be independently limited via the digital display. Additionally, the device features a UV sterilization function. The door to the spacious interior is hermetically sealed with a silicone rubber gasket, ensuring minimal temperature loss during the incubation of cultures or bacteria. The two-door system features heat-resistant doors made of tempered glass, which allow you to monitor the progress of the culture if necessary. The outer door serves as a lid secured with magnets. Temperature is distributed evenly throughout the interior via an air circulation system (fan), ensuring no temperature fluctuations. Standard or germicidal lighting can be selected for the chamber. The interior is made of stainless steel, making it extremely easy to clean and resistant to corrosion or other environmental influences. With a capacity of 43 L, the laboratory incubator is compact and can also be used in small spaces. Thanks to the height-adjustable shelves, the interior can be optimally utilized and adapted to various samples or cultures. The housing is made of durable rolled steel, which has been coated with an electrostatic finish. This ensures that the outer layer is exceptionally durable. This means that the laboratory incubator can withstand heavy loads and is easy to clean.
