The Steinberg Systems vacuum evaporator is ideal for use in laboratories, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, and scientific research for evaporating solvents by heating under reduced pressure. It is particularly suitable for concentrating and purifying easily degradable denatured biological products that do not readily react with various substances. A high vacuum level—0.098 MPa—ensures high equipment performance. The unit is equipped with a vacuum controller. The temperature range is 0–99°C with an accuracy of ±1°C. The operation of an efficient condenser results in a high recovery rate. Digital displays show the rotation speed (0–120 rpm) and the temperature of the heating bath, which facilitates control of the distillation process. The evaporator is equipped with a temperature limiter. The feed valve can operate continuously, ensuring a large condensation surface area. The bath is equipped with ergonomic carrying handles, as well as a manual lift for precise positioning of the flasks. The 40 W motor is compact in size. It features overload protection. The stainless steel bath tank facilitates the operation and maintenance of the vacuum distiller.
