Its level in the range from 50 to 250deg C you will set with the modern E.G.O thermostat. The built-in timer will effectively allow you to determine the amount of time needed to prepare food on the RCES-2000-EGO. You can set it for up to 15 minutes. After the set time has elapsed, a beep will inform you that the process is complete. Keeping the inside of the Salamander toaster clean is facilitated by a special crumb tray. It is adapted for conveniently sliding out of the device in order to remove leftover food that was left during processing. Preparing different dishes is possible thanks to the adjustable height of the grate. There are four levels set at different distances from the heater.
