The large base cabinet provides space for kitchen utensils and other items. The sturdy stainless steel housing is highly durable and easy to clean. The unit has a power rating of 9 kW. The kettle is powered by a three-phase electrical connection with a voltage of 400 V. The integrated overheating protection ensures safe operation. Water drainage is possible via a faucet, a supply hose in the cabinet, and a drain with a ZG 1/2 connection. Three pasta baskets and two separate water containers measuring 30 x 45 x 17 cm allow you to prepare different quantities of pasta simultaneously. The baskets help portion the pasta according to the customer’s wishes.
