The Royal Catering gas grill is a sturdy model featuring a chrome-plated steel grill plate. It is ideal for the food service industry, whether in hotels, cafes, food trucks, bistros, bars, restaurants, or at all kinds of catering events. Beneath the smooth cooking surface is a spacious cabinet for pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils, which will be protected from dust. It opens via a hinged door, allowing quick access to its contents. The large grill surface allows you to quickly prepare plenty of sandwiches, hamburgers, French toast, tortillas, and other delicacies. The gas grill plate reaches temperatures ranging from 50 to 300°C. The heat level is adjusted using a knob. The unit is ignited using a piezoelectric ignition system. Additionally, the model features a pilot flame. The unit is factory-set for I3B/P(50) gas, which is ideal for many commercial kitchens. The package includes two sets of nozzles for converting the grill plate to natural gas or LPG. Height-adjustable legs ensure a stable position even on uneven surfaces. A flame arrestor, rounded edges, an integrated hood, and a splash guard ensure safety during use. The cabinet housing and door are made of high-quality stainless steel. The material is not only durable but also exceptionally hygienic—ideal for daily use in professional kitchens. The smooth surfaces are resistant to most stains and easy to clean. You can also remove the drip tray to thoroughly clean it of grease.
