The machine operates at 2 different temperatures. Use the lower temperature of 150°C for sugar-coated popcorn, and we recommend 180°C for classic popcorn. This makes the popcorn machine particularly well-suited for snack bars in movie theaters, at all kinds of events, or at large festivals. Here’s how to make crispy popcorn: use coconut oil, as it can withstand temperatures up to 240°C without burning. The pot is coated with Teflon, which is easy to clean and prevents the popcorn from burning. This reduces costs and makes the snacks lighter, as less oil is needed for the corn. The pot also features a stirrer that rotates just above the bottom, mixing the kernels inside. The stirring mode is activated by a separate button. The pot has a diameter of 18.5 cm and a depth of 5.8 cm. It is easily emptied using a handy plastic handle. The lightweight pot lid maintains the temperature inside, and when tilted, the cooked corn easily pours into the machine’s lower chamber. To clean the pot, simply remove it from the housing. The machine is easy to maintain and is made of high-quality stainless steel and tempered glass. This makes it very durable and food-safe. The machine’s cart features two large wheels and two small 360-degree swivel casters with parking brakes. The practical lower cabinet offers plenty of space, e.g., for included accessories such as a scoop and a handy measuring cup.
