The Royal Catering food dehydrator is perfect for both home kitchens and professional use in the food service industry, agritourism farms, and for drying mushrooms, fruits, vegetables, herbs, meat, or fish.
The dehydrator has 800 W of power, allowing it to quickly reach an operating temperature of 20–90°C. Power adjustment is controlled via a digital panel. The timer allows for unattended operation for up to 24 hours. The large chamber capacity allows for the simultaneous drying of large quantities of products, which can be arranged on 12 perforated racks made of stainless steel. The device’s housing is also made of stainless steel, which is highly durable. 4 silicone mats prevent food from sticking to the trays and allow you to dry moist fruits such as bananas and strawberries.
