The Royal Catering electric spice grinder is the perfect tool for quickly and precisely grinding spices or herbs. Thanks to its large capacity up to 800 g, the herb grinder is suitable for both home and commercial use. A 2100 W motor drives razor-sharp blades up to 35,000 rpm. This allows dry ingredients such as pepper, nuts, coffee beans, or cinnamon sticks to be ground as finely as you like in just a few seconds. The built-in timer is set using a dial in the range 0–5 minutes. Due to its high power, most ingredients are ground in 30 seconds. Only harder ingredients take about 1 minute. You can also tilt the container 270 degrees using the side knob and easily pour the contents into a spice grinder. Two sturdy latches on the lid prevent accidental opening during operation and protect against injury. Thanks to the airtight lid with a handle, you can store freshly ground spices or herbs in the container.
