This functional pizza oven from Royal Catering is ideal for professional use in various establishments, where it can be used to prepare dough-based dishes: pizzas, casseroles, naan bread, pita bread, and more. The compact dimensions of the RCPO-3000-2PS-1 oven make it easy to use in both stationary food service establishments (pizzerias, restaurants) and mobile ones—such as food trucks.
The device is equipped with two stone plates and three independent heaters with thermostats. The temperature (max. 350°C) can be adjusted separately as needed. Using the timer option (optional), the baking time can be set within the range of 0–120 minutes. The pizza oven has a door with fire-resistant glass and interior lighting. It is made of durable stainless steel. The pizza oven can accommodate two pizzas at a time, each with a diameter of up to 40 cm.
