Professional commercial cooker for pasta and dumplings. It easily handles cooking frozen foods.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it features three separate chambers with taps for draining water and individual temperature controls. This design allows you to prepare dishes with different flavors simultaneously, using one chamber for cooking while the others maintain a different temperature for warming already prepared dishes.
The baskets are made of fine-mesh steel wire, allowing for the cooking of very fine and thin pasta such as spaghetti, tortellini, or tagliatelle.
The water containers are covered with a lid featuring openings for the baskets WHICH SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCES STEAMING AND WATER LOSS.
