The Royal Catering lava grill is ideal for the food service industry (hotels, cafes, food trucks, bistros, bars, restaurants). The unit, with a grilling surface measuring 50 x 47 cm , allows for the quick preparation of a variety of dishes, such as sandwiches, tortillas, hamburgers, etc. The grilling plate is grooved, retains heat very well, and prevents food from sticking to the grate. The grill comes with 4.5 kg of lava stones, which are heated by efficient natural gas via two separate burners, providing an even heating surface with optimal, uniform heat distribution. The grill reaches temperatures ranging from 0 to 460°C, and the lava stones absorb and store heat, allowing food to cook continuously and gently. Excess fat drains from the grill plate into a drip tray, making it easy to remove residue. The stainless steel frame and steel grate are easy to clean.
