The automatic pause function allows aromas and flavors to develop. The heating element has a power of 2500 W and is adjustable in three levels: 0-2500 W. The temperature is adjustable within the range of 10–100°C. Insulation of the kettle ensures energy efficiency. A magnetic pump stirs the mash and later the first wort.
