The Royal Catering heated display cabinet is ideal for keeping food warm and displaying a variety of dishes. It ensures your guests always have access to fresh, ready-to-eat meals in a buffet setting at a hotel, café, or restaurant. Inside the pizza warming display case, there are 3 shelves for storing and displaying products. The shelves, spaced 9 cm apart, slide into rails integrated into the sides of the housing. If necessary, the distance between the shelves can be adjusted. Each shelf offers plenty of space thanks to its dimensions of 56.6 x 30 cm. The interior of the warming counter can be heated to temperatures ranging from 30–85°C using a fast and efficient heating element with a power of 1000 W. A convenient control panel is used to set the temperature. The unit is equipped with a precise thermostat. The cuboid shape of the display case provides more space for food than many slanted models. The housing is made of durable stainless steel. The front and back are made of tempered glass. The front opens with two sliding glass doors that take up very little space. This design makes it easy to remove and replenish food. There is a drawer for food scraps at the bottom of the unit. It can be easily removed, which makes cleaning easier. Thanks to the smooth glass surfaces and the use of stainless steel, no special detergents are required.
