The RCSL 2/6ICE professional slush machine is designed for continuous operation (8–12 hours), making it suitable for use in many food service establishments. The device owes its durability to its special design and a 900 W motor. This motor drives the mixer, which ensures the proper consistency of the drink.
The containers are made of polycarbonate, which is resistant to both low and high temperatures. In addition to its durability, the material is safe for health, as it is free of harmful BPA. In addition, the two 6-liter containers are transparent, allowing their contents to be attractively displayed.
The device is equipped with a touch panel featuring an LED display, which makes operating the granita machine easy. With its help, you can set one of six operating modes. These modes allow the granita machine to be adapted for preparing various beverages and to activate the cleaning function. An easy-to-use spout is provided for serving desserts.
The contents of the tanks are protected from contamination by a durable lid. It also serves an insulating function, as it helps maintain the temperature (from -20°C to +10°C) inside the container. To keep the area around the slush machine clean, drip trays have been placed under the spouts.
