The Royal Catering illuminated gas rotisserie for chicken with rotating skewers stands out for its energy-efficient technology, thanks to the use of an innovative ceramic infrared burner with a honeycomb structure. This minimizes gas consumption, and with a power output of 3 x 5 kW, it enables efficient heat generation, allowing you to prepare up to 5 chickens or 5 kg of meat on 3 independently controlled 75 cm-long skewers. To achieve evenly tender results and a crispy skin, the distance between the rotisserie and the burner can be individually adjusted. A robust motor with metal gears and a cooling fan for the most critical components ensure reliable operation. The rotisserie guarantees safe operation thanks to an integrated gas valve with a thermocouple, which reliably prevents the flame from going out. High-quality materials, including a sturdy stainless steel housing and removable tempered glass doors, ensure hygiene, durability, and resistance to corrosion and external factors. The chicken grill is factory-configured for I3B/P(50) gas connection, but can be easily converted to LPG or natural gas using the included injector kits.
