The Royal Catering smoker is ideal for professional use in restaurants, inns, hotels, and agritourism farms. The device is designed for continuous operation. The timer can be set within a range of 0–135 minutes. An audible alarm signals when the set time has elapsed. The temperature is set using a knob within the range of 0–135°C, which allows for hot smoking (52–80°C) and smoking with simultaneous roasting (above 82°C). The included hooks and racks allow for vertical and horizontal smoking. Wood chips are added through an opening on the outside, without having to open the door. Burnt ash falls into a container under the bowl, and dripping fat into a drip tray. The unit is made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and high temperatures.
