The Royal Catering gas grill allows you to cook sausages, bacon, hamburgers, vegetables, and toast. The grill plate is ideal for the food service industry, in hotels, cafes, food trucks, bistros, bars, restaurants, or at all kinds of catering events. Underneath the ribbed cooking surface is a spacious cabinet for pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils. The gas griddle reaches temperatures ranging from 50 to 300°C. The heat level is precisely adjusted with a knob. The unit is turned on using an electric ignition. It also features a pilot flame. The unit is factory-set for I3B/P(50) gas, which is ideal for many commercial kitchens. The package includes two sets of nozzles for converting the grill plate to natural gas or LPG. Height-adjustable legs ensure the grill remains stable even on uneven surfaces. A flame arrestor, rounded edges, an integrated hood, and a splash guard ensure safety during use. The cabinet housing and door are made of high-quality stainless steel, which is durable and hygienic. The smooth surfaces are resistant to most stains and easy to clean. The drip tray is removable, allowing for thorough cleaning of grease.
