Manual workshop pressure washer is a versatile device designed for manual cleaning of mechanical components, particularly in auto repair shops and industrial workshops. It is ideal for removing greasy dirt, grease, and other contaminants from automotive parts and tools. The stationary model is designed for a 200L drum and operates on a closed-loop cleaning fluid system. The cleaning process is carried out using a flow-through brush through which the cleaning agent is pumped.
How the washer works:
Washing takes place on a perforated work surface, beneath which there is a drip tray. Contaminants dissolved by the cleaning fluid drain by gravity—heavier sediments settle at the bottom of the tray, while lighter oil compounds are directed to the filtration system. In a closed-loop system, the cleaning fluid is recirculated, ensuring efficient and economical operation. Fluid circulation is supported by a suction-pressure pump, and the flow rate through the brush can be precisely adjusted using a flow control valve. A barrel containing the cleaning and degreasing fluid is placed directly under the work surface.
