The Ohaus brand's precision pharmacy scale with verification features a single-line backlit LCD display. Large, easy-to-read digits. The PR precision technical scale features a large stainless steel pan. The leveling bubble is located on the front of the scale. An RS232 communication port is located on the back of the scale. Additionally, there is a power supply socket and a mounting bracket for anti-theft protection. Using the RS232 connector, the PR scale can be connected to a computer. The SPDC software is free and can be downloaded from the website. Additionally, an RS232 cable (scale to computer) is required. A dot-matrix receipt printer with a clock can also be connected to the PR scale. The cable is included with the printer.
