The MSW infrared heater is ideal for auto repair shops, paint shops, and anywhere where quick drying of paints, varnishes, resins, or various types of fillers is required. The lamp has a power rating of 4 x 1000 W. The device dries paints and varnishes more effectively than conventional equipment because the radiation penetrates the material and removes moisture from the inside. This prevents blistering and speeds up the process. Infrared rays do not emit heat into the surrounding air but transfer it directly to the work surface. The hydraulic arm moves vertically and horizontally to a maximum height of 240 cm. The emitters can be turned on and off individually. The angle of the rays can be adjusted depending on the requirements of the workpiece. The area illuminated simultaneously measures 1200 x 1000 mm. Using the LCD display, the drying time can be set and monitored within the range of 0–99 min, and you can also select the lamps to be used for drying. The temperature depends on the distance to the object being treated and can range from 40–100°C. A metal grille protects against damage and burns. The lamp’s frame is made of durable steel, and wheels with brakes ensure mobility and stability.
