The MSW brand polystyrene cutting machine is the optimal device for processing insulation using a hot wire, which can be used in the renovation and repair of medium and large buildings. The model was designed for cutting Styrofoam, Styrodur, or polystyrene with millimeter precision. The machine can easily cut even large panels up to 1350 mm in length and 320 mm in depth. Thanks to the included scaffolding mount, which tilts 90 degrees, the cutter can be used not only in the workshop, on the floor, on Euro pallets, or leaning against a wall, but also safely on scaffolding. Thanks to the laser scale and a 100 cm ball guide, the machine can be used for highly precise work. The ability to tilt the long support allows for precise bevel cuts both horizontally and vertically. Depth stops ensure that the material lies flat and secure even when tilted. The machine also comes with pre-installed clamps for accurately repeating the same cuts. The set includes a polystyrene cutter with two blades. The operating temperature can be set to 16 levels up to 500°C, and the powerful transformer ensures rapid heating within 5–10 seconds. The ergonomic handle and long cable (3 m) ensure flexible operation. The included blades are additionally hardened and can be easily replaced using an Allen wrench. The carrying strap comes in handy when you need to use both hands to carry larger insulation panels. The device and accessories are delivered in a handy case with a handle for easy transport.
