The device features three metal rollers that can be used to create bends, cones, or cylinders from sheet metal. The grooves, on the other hand, allow you to coil wire into an arc or a circle. The rollers are designed to form material with a maximum width of 610 mm and a thickness of 0.8 mm. A manual crank allows you to rotate the roller while inserting a sheet of metal into the rolling machine. A rubber, non-slip handle ensures comfortable operation. Knobs adjust the distance between the rollers to the thickness of the material. The upper roller allows for quick removal of the finished piece and facilitates maintenance. The device can be mounted to the floor using the holes in the base. For mild steel, flat rolling can be used, resulting in a flattened sheet or one with a slightly reduced thickness. The rolling machine is also suitable for making arcs with a constant radius and cylinders. The maximum material thickness is 0.8 mm. Thanks to the grooves on the rollers, the sheet metal rolling machine can also form rods, wire, or small tubes with diameters of 2.4, 3.2, and 4 mm.
