MSW diaphragm pump designed for the fast and safe transfer of aggressive fuels and hazardous liquids such as catalytic fluid, urea solution, DEF, SUS32, alcohol, ethanol, ammonia, IBCs, and water. The dispenser is ideal for refueling all types of vehicles and machinery, making it perfect for workshops, garages, and service stations.
The unit features an electric motor without any dynamic seals, which maintains a stable housing temperature. The diaphragm pump allows for pumping liquids at a rate of 40 l/min and an operating pressure of 2.8 bar. Operating ambient temperature range: -30 to 60°C. Self-priming means operation without the need to pre-fill the suction line. The pump can independently remove accumulated air from the suction line, so it can be positioned above the water tank during startup. Self-priming devices have a higher suction head (up to 10 m head) compared to centrifugal pumps. The pump will operate without damage even after prolonged dry running.
