The Rascal professional gas grill is perfect for many food service establishments. Thanks to its 10 kW power, the unit allows you to prepare multiple dishes simultaneously in a short amount of time. This is also due to three burners, which are independently adjustable. They allow you to adjust the temperature for each specific dish. An electric piezo igniter is used to light the burner.
The stainless steel construction of the body ensures many years of use. This material is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. Additionally, stainless steel is ideal for food service because it does not react with food.
The set includes a three-piece grate. It consists of a grate, a drip tray, and a lid, which protects the burners from being flooded by dripping fat or water. All components are made of chrome-plated steel. It is characterized by high scratch resistance and is easy to clean.
